What is this course about?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Calibri&#34;,sans-serif">On this taster course you will  learn about the skills needed to enable children to become a good writer in Key Stage 1 & 2. You will be given ideas on how to make writing fun and how to encourage reluctant writers. You will be given ideas for free or low-cost sustainable resources that will help to develop children’s writing skills.</span></span></p>

Who is the course for?

<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Source Sans Pro&#34;,sans-serif">For parents, carers and anyone working with children of Primary School age (3-10yrs).</span></span></p>

Any previous experience/qualifications you need to do the course

<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Source Sans Pro&#34;,sans-serif">No previous experience is required, however ability to write and understand some English is necessary and some digital skills to allow you to access and use Google Classroom is desirable.  </span></span></p>

What you need to bring with you

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Source Sans Pro&#34;,sans-serif">You must have a tablet or laptop with a working camera that can access Google Classroom.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Source Sans Pro&#34;,sans-serif">Please note that this is a live interactive online course for adults, learners will be expected to have their camera on and participate fully at all times.</span></span></span></span></p>
