Boost Your Confidence

Improve your own levels of confidence by exploring where confidence comes from and by identifying the behaviour and characteristics of confident people. You will identify methods and strategies for increasing your confidence levels such as the use of positive thinking and self affirmations. You will also discuss concepts such as self efficacy, self belief and the importance of recognising your own values, skills and abilities.

This course is aimed towards  anyone who would like to improve their trust in themselves and go into the world feeling confident, speaking to new people and being able to go for whatever they want to achieve

A good level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course.

Weekly learner reflections, observation and Q&A

Minimal except for putting into practise in real life, some of the techniques gained throughout the sessions.

During this course we will talk to you about your next steps which could include attending other courses/workshops such as other personal development courses like Assertiveness and Communication or courses to improve employability such as Jobsearch in the Digital World
