Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Workplace

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Calibri&#34;,sans-serif">This workshop will look at how Generative AI can be used to increase efficiency, creativity and remove some of the stresses of repetitive admin tasks, allowing learners to be their most productive and capable selves. It will be a thorough Introduction into the area of Generative AI but in a more professional context. It will introduce learners to Artificial Intelligence in a wider context as well as key terms and definitions, and then delve into what Generative Artificial Intelligence is and how it can be used, its benefits, helpful tools, demonstrations, and practical applications. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Calibri&#34;,sans-serif">This course is for people who have no understanding or a limited understanding of Artificial Intelligence and would like to find out more, including experimenting with it on a basic to intermediate level. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Calibri&#34;,sans-serif">Basic level of computer skills and the use of MS Office. A laptop. Access to a Generative AI tool.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Learners must have access to a laptop or desktop with MS Office. </span></span></p>
