What the course is about

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">Jennifer will be offering us an opportunity to address feelings that feel too complicated to generate poetry that investigates emotional contradictions. Diving into our mixed feelings, unfinished thoughts and the unspoken participants will receive aid from featured poets like  Richard Siken, Caroline Bird, and others alongside songs, photos, and found materials. </span></span></span></p>

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">Jennifer Wong is a published author of several collections such as </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Letters Home</em></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">, Time Difference and Diary of a Miu Miu Salegirl. She is also a co-editor of Where Else: </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><em>An International Hong Kong Poetry Anthology</em></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">. Her work appears in 14 poems, Bi+ Lines, and Candlestick Press. Her next collection, </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000"><em>Light Year</em></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">, is in progress.</span></span></span></p>
