BASIC COOKING SKILLS

You’ll learn to make a divine rich tomato sauce and how to diversify into other meals, authentic, but simple and easy to prepare curries, basic white sauce.

Confidence in the Community

This is a course for adults with a learning disability to explore and learn how to travel on public transport and increase confidence in accessing the local community.

Culture and History

This is a course for adults with a learning disability to explore and learn history through blue plaques, learn about the cultural mix of people who lived in the local borough and explore local history and personal identity and research and presentation skills.

Culture and History Workshop

This is a online 1 day workshop for adults with a learning disability to explore and develop digital, presentation and research skills around black history and culture.

Digital World Skills for Employment

This is a course for people with a learning disability/autism to learn about developing digital skills for employment and social media safety online.

DRAWING WITH PASTELS

Come join us to explore the use of colour in art. We will concentrate on the use of pastels.

DRAWING WITH THREAD

Take a treasured picture to create a narrative on fabric with thread. Develop your stitching skills.

EAT AROUND THE WORLD OPEN ACCESS

The course will support you to learn to cook a range of delicious, healthy meals from around the world.

INTERMEDIATE COOKING SKILLS

Know all the basic about cooking but want to learn more - continue your knowledge about food and cooking with a professional chef
