What the course is about

<p>Four week course on using archival material for creative writing, inspired by research on a 1900&#039;s incarcerated Black Trans Masc person in London. Remi aims to engage participants with personal or historical archives, using examples from poets like Jay Bernard and Cameron Orchard.</p>

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p>Remi Graves is a <strong>London based poet and drummer</strong>. A former Barbican Young Poet, Remi&#039;s work has been featured on BBC Radio 4, at St Paul&#039;s Cathedral and in Pan Macmillan&#039;s She is Fierce Anthology. Recent commissions include &#039;don&#039;t text me, i&#039;m dreaming&#039; for Apples and Snakes and &#039;On Breathing&#039; for Barbican Centre.</p>
