What the course is about
<p>Four week course on using archival material for creative writing, inspired by research on a 1900's incarcerated Black Trans Masc person in London. Remi aims to engage participants with personal or historical archives, using examples from poets like Jay Bernard and Cameron Orchard.</p>
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications
<p>Remi Graves is a <strong>London based poet and drummer</strong>. A former Barbican Young Poet, Remi's work has been featured on BBC Radio 4, at St Paul's Cathedral and in Pan Macmillan's She is Fierce Anthology. Recent commissions include 'don't text me, i'm dreaming' for Apples and Snakes and 'On Breathing' for Barbican Centre.</p>
