What the course is about
<p>This course provides the knowledge required by teachers or trainers in the further education and training environment. </p>
<p>Have you got a passion you want to share with others? Looking to increase your confidence and career prospects? Then learning to teach is for you! This accredited Level 3, 16-week course will give you the skills and knowledge to gain a teaching qualification. The course covers all essential elements of teaching adults in a community setting, including roles and responsibilities, legal requirements, creating session plans & schemes of work, the theory behind teaching, facilitating groups, teaching styles and activities, delivering assessments, and so much more. Please note, this is an accredited course and requires a long commitment including completing assessments each week. You must keep up with assessments to keep your place on the course. There are no session during the school holidays on 6th and 13th April and 1st June, and the final session will be the 13th July. You must commit to all of the sessions.</p>
