<h4>East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service</h4> <p>Slough Borough Council has overall responsibility for the delivery of the Education and Skills funding Agency (ESFA) funded provision for Community Learning and Adult Skills funding streams for Slough and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.&nbsp;<br /> The East Berkshire Community Learning and Skills Service (also referred to as CLASS and the &ldquo;Service&rdquo;) receives funding from the ESFA to deliver the Adult Education Budget (AEB). &nbsp;AEB includes Adult Skills and Community Learning.
