We explore how algorithms, endless scrolling and the role of dopamine in the brain can impact our relationships, finances, and long term health outcomes. </p>

• Understanding the physical and mental health risks, signs and indicators.<br />
• Resources and activities to support guided conversations with those who may be affected</p>
