What the course is about
<p>Are you managing money on behalf of a community group or residents association? If so, then this workshop is for you!</p>
<p>Tenant Resident Associations (TRAs), voluntary organisations and community groups who handle money, need careful financial management to ensure accountability and sustainability. This course aims to cover the essentials, with learners gaining an understanding of: Managing money and Value for Money, Legal mismanagement and public funds, Keeping accurate financial records, Budgeting & cashflow and Monitoring costs.</p>
<p>Training Room 5, Crowndale Centre with Kathleen Moss. No childcare availaible for attendees.</p>
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications
<p>To enrol attendees must be working, volunteering or setting up a community group.</p>
