What the course is about
<p><strong>Part 1 Health, Safety & Risk Awareness</strong><br />
Participants will develop an understanding of their general health and safety responsibilities, recognize common hazards, and understand what risk assessments are, how they are used, and how to work safely in line with existing assessments—without providing site-specific or competent-person advice.</p>
<p><strong>Bystander Awareness & Personal Safety</strong><br />
Participants will build situational awareness to recognize risk, unsafe or escalating situations, and learn appropriate, non-confrontational responses, including knowing when and how to seek help rather than intervening directly.</p>
<p><strong>Part 2 .Accredited Incident Response & First Aid Awareness. Incident Response & First Aid Awareness</strong><br />
Participants will gain basic first aid awareness and understand the importance of reporting hazards, concerns, incidents, and near misses to support a safer working environment.</p>
