<p>It's normal to feel lonely sometimes, but during the winter months and festive period, it’s easy for residents to isolate themselves from family, friends and their community. <br />
This session aims to explore the health consequences of isolation and how reduced connection effects wellbeing, physical and mental health. Find out about signposting and support initiatives that can help reduce social isolation and improve community connectedness in your area.</p>
