What the course is about
<p>Between the end of Roman Britain around AD 411 and the start of Norman rule in 1066, sits 600 years of history known as the early medieval or Anglo-Saxon period. This talk will look at a range of objects from this period of history to explore how they help us understand the life and times of Anglo-Saxon England and the changes taking place in society. This workshop is suitable for all adult learners and uses images and spoken information to introduce, explore and discuss the workshop topic.</p>
<p>Priority will be given to residents of the London Borough of Camden for this workshop, however other residents of the United Kingdom are welcome to apply.</p>
