Mindfulness & Qigong for Sidings

This is a course for beginners in Qigong, which means 'energy exercise'. You can hope to learn movements to develop your body and mind co-ordination, self-awareness and relaxation. We will also practise Mindfulness which helps to increase wellbeing.
