Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p>You should have completed Digital Improvers Stages 1 & 2, or have a similar level of skills. You must have some basic familiarity with using email, internet and apps, and creating and editing documents. If you don&#039;t yet have these skills, you should enrol on a Digital Basics course.</p>
