What the course is about

<p>This course is designed to follow on from the Level 1 Essential Digital Skills Qualification (EDSQ). You will develop more advanced skills to apply to your work and daily life, including using devices and settings, online safety and security, creating and editing documents, using Generative AI.</p>

<p>Courses may fill up quickly, so enrol online if you can, or come to the first session to enrol and guarantee your place.</p>

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p>You should have achieved the Level 1 EDSQ or have a similar level of skills. You should be confident in using devices, creating and editing documents, and communicating and transacting online. If you don&#039;t yet have these skills, you could join a Digital Improvers course. We will also be running the Level 1 EDSQ again in spring/summer 2027.</p>
