Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p>You should have completed Digital Basics Stages 1, 2 & 3 or have a similar level of skills. You should be familiar with email, video calls, and searching the internet. If you don&#039;t already have these skills, you should join a Digital Basics course or attend one of our drop-in workshops.</p>
