What the course is about

<p>A portfolio-based course to enable Entry Level learners (Entry 2 - 3) to progress directly into employment or to progress to Entry 3/ Level 1 and a pathway into employment in  vocational sectors of their choice.  On the course covers units such as Introduction to Customer Service Skills, Using a Mobile device, Reading skills in the workplace, Applying for jobs and courses, etc.</p>
