Description

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Explore various drawing media, including pastel and paint, while drawing from both nude and clothed models.</span></span></span></p>

What can students expect?

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">You will develop skills in drawing figures, focusing on their shape, proportions, light, and shade, but going beyond just pencil! You will explore various drawing techniques presented by the tutor, including charcoal, pen, biro, pastel, crayon, and paint (watercolours or acrylics). Most activities will be preceded by a short demonstration from the tutor.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">In each session, you will create several drawings, with most poses lasting 20-40 minutes. We will always strive to balance accuracy, natural ease in your drawing, and the unique characteristics of each medium</span><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">.</span></span></span></p>

Previous experience required?

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Experience in some form of life drawing is required for this course. However, no previous experience with painting or using pastels is necessary.</span></span></span></p>

What is the progression route?

Are there any extra costs?

Language of Instruction

We are unable to reimburse the cost of materials you may have bought for the course.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">If you cancel your course booking a week (7 days) or more before the start date we will refund your fees minus an admin charge of 20%.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">If you cancel with less than a week (7 days) before the start date or after the course has started, we will not be able to refund your fees.</span></span></span></li>
