Description
<p><span style="font-size:16px">Part 3 will analyse the philosophical trends of our times. Political philosophy and the challenges of Democracy, Installation theory, Philosophical feminism, behavioural philosophy, Consciousness and Ethics, and many other critical thinking topics. We examine contemporary challenges of globalisation as well as populism.</span></p>
What can students expect?
<p><span style="font-size:16px">Stimulating discussion about the meaning of human existence in our contemporary world, challenging our own perceptions and perspectives of knowledge and reality.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:16px">The learning experience is meant to stimulate and keep the mind active while developing critical thinking in all aspects of social, political, cultural and scientific life. </span></p>

Previous experience required?
<p><span style="font-size:16px">No not at all. You only need to have a sense of wonder, curiosity and desire to know. You do not need previous experience of Philosophy but having done Part 1 and 2 would be an advantage.</span></p>
What is the progression route?
<p><span style="font-size:16px">Join Part 4 A.</span></p>

Work set between sessions?
<p><span style="font-size:16px">No, but learners will be recommended to do some reading or watch some podcasts. This is optional.</span></p>

Teaching method/style?
<p><span style="font-size:16px">- Presentation of ideas by the tutor.</span></p>

Refunds and cancellations

We are unable to reimburse the cost of materials you may have bought for the course.</span></strong></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If you cancel your course booking a week (7 days) or more before the start date we will refund your fees minus an admin charge of 20%.</span></strong></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If you cancel with less than a week (7 days) before the start date or after the course has started, we will not be able to refund your fees.</span></strong></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Transfers will incur a fee of 10% and must be requested 7 days or more before the start of a course unless you are transferring to another course because your original course was cancelled.</span></strong></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are not able to offer refunds due to sickness or ill health.</span></strong></span></span></li>
