Description

This course aims to explore the periods of Franco’s dictatorship and Spain’s transition to democracy.

What can students expect?

Learners can expect to explore the periods of the dictatorship and Spain’s transition to democracy through the study of historical text, literary works and audio-visual productions. Students can expect to get a better understanding of how recent political events in Spain might have occurred and how some of them are still part of the Spanish political life nowadays.
