Aprofunda os seus conhecimentos da língua portuguesa discutindo artigos ou filmes extraídos da média, Internet, abordando diversos temas da actualidade cultural e social, e expandido o seu vocabulário e casos gramaticais

What can students expect?

Discutiremos questões atuais, teremos debates e atividades de linguagem, ditados, leitura e debates em grupo; assistiremos e discutiremos vídeos e filmes.

 

 

This course will be delivered at Stoke Lodge but will move to online delivery if necessary.

Late starters allowed?

Sim, desde que os iniciantes tardios possam trabalhar ao mesmo nível que o resto da turma no momento da inscrição.

Previous experience required?

Os alunos deverão ter aprendido português por vários anos e ser quase fluentes

What is the progression route?

Os alunos poderão progredir para o nível 3C de português

Are there any extra costs?

Um livro de curso poderá ser usado; os detalhes serão dados na primeira sessão.

Poderemos ler contos de um autor da língua portuguesa, e neste caso o aluno poderá ter de comprar o livro, mas isso será discutido na primeira sessão e tomaremos a decisão em grupo

Work set between sessions?

Sim, será dado Trabalho de Casa todas as semanas, para permitir que os alunos reenforcem o que aprenderam durante as sessões

What should students bring?

Caneta e papel; um bom dicionário de Português pode ser útil 

Uma pasta de arquivo A4 para folhetos e fotocópias

Teaching method/style?

Abordagem comunicativa de ensino de línguas:

~ Compreensão auditiva: por exemplo, audição de CDs, extratos de DVDs, Internet, o professor, os outros alunos

~ Compreensão de leitura: por exemplo, leitura de textos ou histórias na sala de aula e em casa 

 ~ Falar na sala de aula, conversação e debate 

~ Trabalho em pares, trabalho em grupos pequenos, trabalhos com toda a classe, etc

~ Exercícios de pronúncia, vocabulário e gramática

Equipment Required

Stable internet connection, a PC or tablet if the course moves online.

Refunds and cancellations

<ul>
<li>If we have to cancel your course your fees will be refunded in full. We are unable to reimburse the cost of materials you may have bought for the course.</li>
<li>If you cancel your course booking a week (7 days) or more before the start date we will refund your fees minus an admin charge of 20%.</li>
<li>If you cancel with less than a week (7 days) before the start date or after the course has started, we will not be able to refund your fees.</li>
<li>Transfers will incur a fee of 10% and must be requested 7 days or more before the start of a course unless you are transferring to another course because your original course was cancelled.</li>
<li>We are not able to offer refunds due to sickness or ill health.</li>
</ul>

 

If you are due a refund you must contact the office within 3 months of the course to arrange payment as we do not keep card details.

When attending an online course, it is a learner’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate internet access before the start of a course. Refunds will not be given for technical failure of a learner’s home computer or their internet access.
