Hemmingway and Spain

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">This course is an opportunity to discover and enjoy some of the short stories and novels that Hemingway wrote about Spain and its traditions. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">This literary course offers an engaging exploration of Ernest Hemingway’s deep connection with Spain, examining how the country’s culture, history, and traditions shaped his writing. Students will read a selection of Hemingway’s short stories and novels, such as The Sun Also Rises and For Whom the Bell Tolls, focusing on themes like bullfighting, honor, war, and identity.</span></span></span></p>
