What can students expect?
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Learn how to make a delicious spread of dishes inspired by the Mediterranean. We’ll be visiting Greece for delights such as spanakopita and salads, Spain for dishes such as chorizo and white bean stew and romesco and we’ll finish with a trip to Italy for dessert. </span></span></span></p>
