Description

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:#222222">In this course you will learn how to cook delicious risotto and different types of sauce for pasta,  made the authentic way.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:#222222">This class is hands-on. First I will do a demonstration then it&#039;s your turn; you will be making your own risotto with saffron,  risotto Milanese,  (risotto with mushrooms),  pasta alla Norma ( salsa and aubergines, and salted ricotta,  pasta alla Carbonara (eggs and pancetta)  and meatballs in Sicilian style with caponata (vegetables) </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

What can students expect?

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">In this session you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself into Italian cuisine. Learn from an Italian native how to cook some famous first Italian courses. You will learn some basic seasoning for pasta and risotto. A secret for a delicious meatballs with a Sicilian side (caponata) </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Basically I will do a general demonstration but you will prepare the dishes following my directions.</span></span></span></p>

Teaching method/style?

Learners will eat for lunch and / or take home what they have made in the session</span></span></span></span></p>

Refunds and cancellations

<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">If we have to cancel your course your fees will be refunded in full. We are unable to reimburse the cost of materials you may have bought for the course.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">If you cancel your course booking a week (7 days) or more before the start date we will refund your fees minus an admin charge of 20%.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">If you cancel with less than a week (7 days) before the start date or after the course has started, we will not be able to refund your fees.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Transfers will incur a fee of 10% and must be requested 7 days or more before the start of a course unless you are transferring to another course because your original course was cancelled.</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">We are not able to offer refunds due to sickness or ill health.</span></span></span></span></li>
