What can students expect?
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this Vietnamese taster session, we will explore the vibrant Vietnamese street food scene as we prepare fresh, fragrant dishes packed with flavour and crunch. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We’ll be making some Vietnamese classics such as summer rolls (goi cuon), nuoc mam cham and banh mi with pickled vegetables. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ingredients used in the session may vary depending on availability and seasonality. Some meat will be used in the session, but it can be adapted to suit a vegetarian diet. </span></span></span></p>
