<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Become a master of the pie and tart as I take you through step-by-step how to prepare the dough before we bake a range of sweet and savoury pies, tarts, galettes and pasties, made both in tins and free-form. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We’ll dine together at the end of session and there’ll be plenty of bakes for you take home and show off to friends and family (or keep all to yourself!). </span></span></span></p>

Due to the nature of the session, it is not suitable for a gluten or dairy-free diet. </span></span></span></p>

What should students bring?

Teaching method/style?
