What can students expect?
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Buying a whole chicken is much more economical than buying chicken pieces but what do you do with it other than roast it? </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">On this course, I will give you the confidence to joint a whole chicken and share lots of tips so that you can make the most of every part of it. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">With each piece of the chicken, we’ll create a different recipe to showcase the versatility of this wonderful bird. We’ll be making dishes such as schnitzel, Spanish stew, crispy chicken wings, marinated drumsticks and a soothing soup. </span></span></span></p>

Due to the nature of the course, it cannot be adapted for vegetarians and vegans. </span></span></span></p>

What should students bring?

Teaching method/style?
