What can students expect?
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We will be making a variety of Indian vegetarian dishes such as a vegetable curry, a dhal and kebabs served with garlic naan, pilau rice and raita.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As we cook, you’ll learn how to choose and use ingredients and spices to layer up the flavours for a curry.</span></span></span></p>

What should students bring?
