What can students expect?

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this session, we’ll be getting hands on with a variety of yeasted doughs and techniques as we get to grips with breadmaking processes so that you understand the science behind what’s going on as we bake and can make great bread every time you bake. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We’ll be making breads such as a sandwich loaf, focaccia and crumpets.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You’ll learn how to adapt the recipes to make different breads, how to store and refresh your breads if you have leftovers as well as different ways to serve them.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If you have attended the bread taster session this class will take your skills further. </span></span></span></p>

Due to the nature of the course, it cannot be adapted for a gluten-free or vegan diet. </span></span></span></p>

What should students bring?

Teaching method/style?
