<p><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:#222222">In this course you will learn how to cook delicious risotto and different types of sauce for pasta,  made the authentic way.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:16px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:#222222">This class is hands-on. First I will do a demonstration then it&#039;s your turn; you will be making your own risotto with saffron, risotto Milanese (risotto with mushrooms), pasta alla Norma (salsa and aubergines, and salted ricotta), pasta alla Carbonara (eggs and pancetta) and meatballs in Sicilian style with caponata (vegetables) </span></span></span></span></span></p>

What can students expect?

Learn from an Italian native how to cook some famous first Italian courses. You will learn some basic seasoning for pasta and risotto. A secret for a delicious meatballs with a Sicilian side (caponata) </span></span></span></p>
