Description

Let’s travel together to Greece, Italy and Spain as we create a variety of hot, cold, veggie and meat dishes inspired by the bountiful ingredients of the Mediterranean.

What can students expect?

Learn how to make a delicious spread of dishes inspired by the Mediterranean. We’ll be visiting Greece for delights such as spanakopita and salads, Spain for dishes such as chorizo and white bean stew and romesco and we’ll finish with a trip to Italy for dessert. 

Enjoy the food at the end of the class as well as take some home.

We will make every reasonable effort to support dietary requirements; however, we cannot guarantee that course content or recipes can be fully adapted for individual needs. Some adjustments may not be possible depending on the cuisine, the ingredients required, or the structure of the session.

If specialist or additional ingredients are needed to meet a dietary requirement, a small supplementary charge may apply. If you are unsure whether a particular course can meet your needs, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to advise.

Ingredients used in the session may vary depending on availability and seasonality. 

Please note: If allergies or dietary requirements are disclosed only upon arrival, same day adaptations cannot be made. In these situations, learners will be asked to sign a same day disclosure disclaimer before taking part in the session

What should students bring?

Please bring plenty of containers to take home the dishes you have cooked. Sealable food bags may also be handy to bring.

The course will be a mixture of tutor demonstration and hands on cooking.

Course Cancellations and Refunds

If we cancel your course

<li>You will receive a full refund of course fees.</li>
<li>We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as materials already purchased.</li>

If you cancel

<ul>
<li>7 days or more before the start date: refund minus a 20% administration fee.</li>
<li>Less than 7 days before the start date or after the course has started: no refund provided.</li>
<li>Enrolments are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you will not be able to send another person in your place.</li>
</ul>

Refund processing

<ul>
<li>Refunds for online or telephone enrolments will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. </li>
<li>If you enrolled in the office, you will need to come in with your payment card to arrange a refund.</li>
</ul>

Transfers

<ul>
<li>7 days or more before the start date: transfer minus a 10% transfer fee.</li>
<li>Less than 7 days before the start date or after the course has started: no transfer provided.</li>
<li>All transfers are subject to availability.</li>
<li>Transfers between Language levels may be possible with less than 7 days notice, subject to availability.</li>
<li>Enrolments are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you will not be able to send another person in your place.</li>
<li>If we cancel your course, and you wish to transfer to another course this will be free of charge.</li>
