<p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">How often in life do we find ourselves scrolling on Facebook or binge watching, rather than doing something nice for ourselves or getting what we need to do done? </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Times New Roman&#34;,serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">We are going to look at why we procrastinate and what we can do to stop it and get on with what we need to do.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

What do I need to bring?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Notebook and pen. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in.</span></span></p>

How will I learn?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Learning will take place in the classroom. You will work individually or as part of the group. You will be able to have the opportunity to practice the skills you have learnt in the group. There will be visual aids and discussions. Handouts will be available for you to take away. </span></span></p>

How will my progress be monitored and assessed?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">You will be assessed by the tutor using various methods. This could take the form of discussions, quizzes, and practical tasks.</span></span></p>

Are there any additional costs?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">There are no additional cost.</span></span></p>

What qualification will I get?

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">This is a non-accredited course and therefore no qualification will be obtained.</span></span></p>

What will I be able to do after this course?
