Stress less with watercolour

<p>Discover the wonders of watercolour paint and how it can be a stress-relieving medium. This is a free-painting session, no drawing, no rules. What will be will be! This course is suitable for complete beginners or for those who have completed a watercolour course before and wish to develop their watercolour skills.</p>

<p>By the end of the course you will be able to: • Demonstrate at least two different watercolour techniques • Mix at least three different colours using watercolour paint • Experiment with different materials to create texture • Evaluate stress levels before and after the session</p>

<p>This course is suitable for complete beginners or those looking to practise or improve their watercolour painting skills.</p>

<p>All materials will be provided. Bring an apron if you like, as it could get messy.</p>

<p>Through a combination of formal instruction, practical demonstration, discussion, individual instruction and peer evaluation.</p>

<p>An initial assessment will be carried out for each leaner to assess your current knowledge and starting point and what you would like to achieve on the course. Individual assistance and instruction will be provided to each learner to support your progress.</p>

<p>There are no additional costs.</p>

<p>This is a non-accredited community learning course where no qualification will be obtained.</p>
