How the brain works

You will learn how anxiety, depression and anger is created and what we can do about it. </span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Learning will take place in the classroom. You will work individually or as part of the group. You will be able to have the opportunity to practice the skills you have learnt in the group. There will be visual aids and discussions. Handouts will be available for you to take away</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">You will be assessed by the tutor using various methods. This could take the form of discussions, quizzes, and practical tasks</span></span></p>
