<p>This short session will provide an overview of what the qualification Edexcel BTEC Level 1 Award/Certificate in Principles of Customer Service entails. It will provide an opportunity to ask questions about how the course is run and if it suits your needs and aspirations. The session will allow you to understand what working in the customer service environment is like and what the underlying principles of customer service are. You will also get information about what is needed to obtain the qualification. This is also a useful session for those who are thinking of starting their own business to gain an understanding of how the above course can help in this regard. There are different units (modules) for the Award Qualification and Certificate Qualification. This will be explained at the session. </p>
